From midnight there is a new ordinance regarding gathering in public places in Slovenia. Detailed information can be accessed here:
As a general rule, gathering in public places is temporarily forbidden. Individuals are allowed to access and stay in public places for certain purposes, while keeping a safe distance from other people, but they should move around alone.
Fines for breaking the rules are from 70 to 400 Euros.
