Smart Maritime & Surveying - 2nd semester

The SMARTSEA project's Master's in Smart Maritime & Surveying successfully started its second semester. Students who gained access to the program began on Oct. 4, 2021, in a virtual classroom with instructors and professionals from the innovative maritime and surveying industries and are now diving into the fascinating world of blockchain technology and its benefits to the maritime industry.

 

smartseaThe academic curriculum of the SMARTSEA project consists of twenty-four courses divided accordingly into two time periods, the first and the second semester. All classes, including the intermediate projects, use the eLearning platform to store course materials, assign tasks, monitor progress, assess participants, link experiments, provide deployment and mobility information, and serve as distance learning tools.

 

Experiments are designed to be accessed remotely through this platform so that students can control and collect the data.
