Syllabus
- Sets and numbers: basic notions, real and complex numbers.
- Functions: elementary functions, limits, continuity.
- Derivative: rules for differentiation, linear approximation, l’Hopital’s rule, Taylor’s formula, analysis of functions.
- Integral: elementary properties of integrals, change of variable formula, integration by parts, improper integrals, applications.

On successful completion of this module students will be able of abstract thinking. Moreover, they will get mathematical fundamentals for other professional courses.
