Project work
Syllabus
Solving real-life problematic tasks in the broader field of transport, transport technologies and logistics, which arise in specificl phases of transport, logistics and transport processes or in the operation of individual subsystems of the logistics or transport system.
The project work must include:
- introduction to the issues of the selected project,
- identification of the problem,
- project design planning,
- determination of the current situation in the chosen field of problem research,
- analysis of the present situation basis,
- synthesis of learned cognitions and suggestions of evaluated solutions,
- final report on the project.
Goals and competencies
The basic objective of the course is the ability to solve problems in logistics and traffic in the form of a project work, based on theoretical knowledge and practical solutions.
The subject-specific competences of the course relate to knowledge of basic knowledge of procedures for identifying an interdisciplinary problem, with a major emphasis on logistics and transport technologies, identifying the existing situation, analyzing the situation and synthesizing learned cognitions with proposed solutions.
