Users can browse for information resources through the COBISS/OPAC catalogue or look for them on the free-access shelves at the library. The general loan period is one month, any restrictions on library resources are provided with the item listing.
Library resources can be booked through the COBISS/OPAC - My Library web application, by email, or by phone during opening hours. Booked items must be withdrawn from the library within five business days. The loan period can be renewed once only, by up to one month.
To borrow library materials you must become a library member. During opening hours present your valid student ID or other identity document and sign the application form. For full-time, part-time, and exchange students of the University of Ljubljana, the membership fee is paid at enrolment for the current academic year. The student ID serves as a library card. Other users can become library members after having paid the library membership fee.
The mission of the Library is to preserve and provide information resources related to transport technology, transport logistics, maritime studies, and related fields. The Library supports research and teaching activities, and is available to all library members.
