The eligible period for the exchange is the same as the current academic year. Exchanges are not possible during the official summer and winter break (see the current academic calendar for details).
Staff mobility is based on an Inter-Institutional Agreement. Those interested in an exchange at the Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport should first contact the International Office of their home institution to check if there is an agreement between the two institutions.
