The sending university should first nominate Erasmus+ students to the Office of International Relations of the University of Ljubljana. The nominations should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
The sending university should then nominate OTHERS to the International Office at UL FPP. The nominations should be sent to email@example.com.
After your sending university has nominated you, you need to register as a student at our university by filling out the Electronic Application Form.
Please follow the instructions sent to you in the registration guidelines.
The documents that you need to upload with your application include:
- Learning Agreement
- Transcript of Records
- Language Certificate
- Passport photo
1st-semester and full-year students: 15 May
2nd-semester students: 15 November
