The aim of the activity is to transfer knowledge and good practice in order to learn from shared experiences, acquire practical skills and discover new ideas. Participants in the exchange programme will acquire practical skills relevant to their current work, which will add value to their professional development.
This activity supports the professional development of the staff. Training events abroad can take the form of job shadowing, observation, attendance at workshops or courses, etc.
