Abstract:
Within the framework of Smart Specialization Strategy, clusters called Strategic Development and Investment Partnerships (SRIP) have been created, linking various companies and knowledge institutions. Stakeholders in SRIPs participate by coordinating research and development activities, sharing capacities, personnel development, exchange of knowledge and experience, networking and joint representation of interests abroad. Action plans are currently being developed to present strategies for business development.
